Shipping Policy

At Smartek Computer Kuwait, we provide delivery across Kuwait, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, including area, block, street, building/house number, floor, flat number, and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or order cancellation.
Orders placed before 4:30 PM are usually delivered on the same day, subject to product availability and delivery schedule. Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

Friday is a holiday. Therefore, orders placed after 4:30 PM on Thursday or anytime on Friday will be delivered on Saturday morning.
Delivery charges may apply depending on order value, location, product size, or delivery method. For urgent or quick delivery, extra delivery charges may apply depending on the area.

Customers may also choose store pickup, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Customers are requested to check the product, packaging, and invoice at the time of delivery. Any damage, missing item, or incorrect product must be reported immediately before accepting the order.

If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
