At STCKWT.COM / Smartek Computer Kuwait, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the applicable Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.
Eligible Items
The item must be in its original condition and original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and documentation.
The item must also be accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Condition
Please note that the item must be in new, unused, sealed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund.
Opened, used, damaged, missing, incomplete, or altered items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Fees
Shipping, delivery, handling, installation, and service fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping or transportation costs are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by STCKWT.COM / Smartek Computer Kuwait.
Refund Method
The product must be returned by the customer to STCKWT.COM / Smartek Computer Kuwait office or store, for both delivery and store pickup orders.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, where applicable.
Refunds may take 1–5 business days to process, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment gateway.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
The product must be returned by the customer to STCKWT.COM / Smartek Computer Kuwait office or store, for both delivery and store pickup orders.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund according to the applicable warranty and return policy.
